for the payment whereof we bind ourselves
our heirs executors and administrators jointly and
severally by these presents
The Condition of this obligation is such that
whereas the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
said County has pursuant to law delivered to the
said A.D. Bell who is a Justice of the Peace
in and for said County one Volume or Copy of the
Digest of the Laws of Florida Known as "McClell-
ans Digest"
Now if the said A.D. Bell his heirs executors or
administrators shall on the expiration of his
official term as such Justice of the Peace
return said Copy of said Digest to the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of said County then this obliga-
tion shall be void but otherwise to remain
of full force and virtue

William D. Bloxham Governor of the state of
