volume or Copy of the Digest of the Laws of Florida
Known as "McClellans Digest"
Now if the said Samule J. Kennard his heirs
executors or administrators shall on the ex-
piration of his official term as such Justice
of the Peace return said copy of said digest
to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said County
then this obligation shall be void but otherwise
to remain of full force and virtue

Know all men by these presents, That we Albert
Sanderson as Principal and L.A. Barnes and
I.E. Webster & R.M. Witt as sureties all of the
County of Alachua state of Florida are held
and firmly bound unto William D. Bloxham
Governor of the state of Florida and his suc-
cessors in office in the sum of Twenty Five
dollars lawful money of the United States
for payment whereof we bind ourselves
our heirs executors and administrators jointly
and severally by thses presents
The condition of this obligation is such that
whereas the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and
for said County has pursuant to law deliv-
ered to the said Albert Sanderson of
Battonville Fla who is a Justice of the
Paece in and for said County one volume
or copy of the Digest of the Laws of Florida
Known as "McClellans Digest" Now if the said
Albert Sanderson his heirs executors or ad-
ministrators shall on the expiration of his
official term as such Justice of the Peace
return said copy of said digest to the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of said County then
this obligation shall be void but otherwise |
