of Florida and his his Successors in office
in the sum of Twenty Five lawful money of
the United States for the payment whereof
we bind ourselves our heirs executors and
administrators jointly and Severally by these
presents. The Condition of this obligation
is such that whereas the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in and for said County has pursuant
to law delivered to the said B.F. Livingston
who is a Justice of the Peace in and for said
County one volume or Copy of the Digest of the
Laws of Florida Known as "McClellans Digest"
Now if the said B.F. Livingston his heirs
executors or administrators shall on the expi-
ration of his official term as such Justice
of the Peace return said Copy of said Digest
to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said County
then this obligation shall be void but other-
wise to remain of full force and virtue
