Court in and for said County has pursuant
to law delivered to the said J.C. Gardner
who is County Judge in and for said
County one volume or copy of the Digest of the
Laws of Florida Known as "McClellans Digest"
Now if the said J.C. Gardner his heirs
executors or admistrators shall on the
expiration of his official term as such
County Judge return said copy of said
digest to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
said County then this obligation shall be
void bit otherwise to remain of full
force and virtue
