United States for the payment whereof we
bind ourselves our heirs executors and
administrators jointly and severally by
these presents
The Condition of this obligation is such
that whereas the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for said County has pursuant
to law delivered to the said Thomas J. Knight
who is a Justice of the Peace in and for
said County one volume or Copy of the
Digest of the laws of Florida Known as
"McClellans Digest"
Noe if the said Thomas J. Knight his
heors executors or administrators shall on
the expiration of his official term as
such Justice of the Peace return said
Copy of said Digest to the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of said County then this ob-
ligation shall be void but otherwise to rem-
ain of full force and virtue
Witness our hands and seals this 7th day of
August AD 1883

Know all men by these presents that we
Angus Morrison James D. Bell and J.A.
Mathews all of the County of Alachua state
of Florida are held and firmly bound unto
William D. Bloxham Governor of the state
of Florida and his successors in office in
the sum of Twenty Five dollars lawful
money of the United States for the payment
whereof we bind ourselves our heirs executors
and administrators jointly and severally by these
presents - The Condition of this obligation is
