at their regular monthly meeting
Present, W.H. Robertson Prest, J.E.W. Markey
W.W. Scott J.W. Smith and L.R. Thomas

      That H.J. Campbell Architect be paid
Seven Hundred and fifty dollars for
Plans and specifications for new Court
House                                  $750.00
Ordered               2436
      Drs Thomas & Thomas be paid Nine-
teen dollars for attendence & Medicine
to prisoners in Jail                    $19.00

      That Louis Roux be paid one
hundred and sixty two dollars for
feeding prisoners in Jail              $162.00

      That J.A. Carlilse be apid Thirteen
Dollars and Ninety five cents for Mortgage
Book                                    $13.95

      That a road be opened to Start
at a point on the old County road op-
posite Mr J.F. Barrons place and to
run a little East of south across the
pine land owned by the Leitner Estate in
the most direct Course practicable to the
south West Corner of lot #  owned by
Mr J.A. Crosby thence along the Southern
boundary line of said lot to the South
West Corner of lot #15 owned by J.B. Martin
thence Burnt Pond until it crosses
the dividing line between Dr N.D. Phillips
and J.B. Martin thence running south
East across Lot #27 owned by Dr Phillips
and intersecting the old road imediately
West of a small pond thence to follow
the old road to Micanopy - provided
the same shall not be any expense
to the County
