      That the Bond of A.J. DaCosta as Tax
Assessor be approved

      That The Jail lot be leased to W.W.
Scott for the term of five years from this
date - the County reserving the right to enter
said lot for any purpose; to erect any build-
ing or buildings thereon and to build and
erect any improvement or buildings thereon
upon the condition that the said W.W. Scott
enclose the whole of said lot with a good
and substantial Board fence Six feet high
said boards to be place horizonally - and
said fence to be Kept in good repair and
to be delivered to the County at the expiration
of this lease in a good state of repair

as road Commissioner on Road from Gainesville
         to Hawthorn   be accepted and
that T.W. Zetrouer and W.A. Porter be appointed
