                  Board Co. Commissioners met present,
                  L.G. Dennis, Henry James, Paul Brown
                  and W.H. Belton Clerk - 
                  73  Ordered, that the account of W.K. Cessna
                  for services as County Judge be approved for
                  forty one Dollars and fifty cents ($41.50)
                  74  Ordered, that the account of Co.T.W. Dawkins
                  for four days service as member of the Board of
                  Education be approved for eight Dollars ($8.00)
                  75  Ordered, that the account of L.A. Barnes
                  for services as sheriff be approved for Two Hundred
                  and eighty four Dollars and thirty cents ($284.30)
                  76 Ordered, that W.K. Cessna be allowed
                  six Dollars & seventy five cents ($6.75) in County
                  Juror's Certificate May Term 1870  (No.Certificate 13)
                  77  Ordered, that the resignation of A. Hague
                  as Road Commissioner on road leading from
                  Gainesville to Newnansville accepted and Henry
                  John Appointed as Commissioner on said road.
                  78  Ordered, that the resignation of James M.
                   Chesser, Road Commissioner on Gainesville and Mud
                  Mills road be accepted -
                  79 Ordered, that Burral Wiggins, Joseph
                  Rowe and Thomas B. Knight be appointed Road
                  Commissioners on Gainesville and Mudd Mills Road - 
                  80  Ordered, that the following named persons be
                  and they are hereby appointed Inspectors of Election to
                  be held on first Tuesday (3rd day) of November 1874;
                  To wit;- Gainesville Precinct No one (1).
                       Nathan Gaines, John S. Banks and E.C.F. Sanchez
                  Gainesville Precinct No two (2)
                  C.O. Bailey, W.H. Baltzell and Laurence Chesnut -
                  Waldo; A. Gay, Hardee Raulerson and William Noyes
