The Board of County Commissioners met this
day by the Call of the President at which
was present J.W. Smith, A Hague and W.D.
Dickinson who had been appointed a
Commissioner

That H. Murphy be paid Two Thousand
Dollars on the Galery & Stair Case in the
Court Room

That on Motion that J.W. Smith be
elected President of the Board pro tem

That H. Murphy Contractor be paid
Two Thousand Dollars on the Galery and
Stair Case in the Court Room

That by agreement of the Counsel in the
case of Bynum vs J.B. Jacobson that Fourteen
hundred and Forty five Dollars be paid to
J.R. Crawford and that Three hundred and
Fifty Dollars be paid into the register of the
Circuit Court
