The Board met at a regular Monthly
Meeting present a Full Board

      That the Petition of Wiley Howard
for a pension under the act of 1885 be
granted

      That the Road from the Sparkman
and McKinney Bridge over the Santafe River
to intersect the Doan Road near Reuben
Bennetts be aopened as declared a public
road provided the said road shall not
Cost the County any money for Bridges or
right of way and that C.M. McKinney and
Robert Kite be appointed Commissioners on
the same

      That the Bid of W.L. Finger for
the sum of Forty dollars for building a
new Bridge over the North Prong of Hatchet
Creek be accepted also that ten dollars
be appropriated for repairing Bridge across
Big Hatchet Creek

      That the Bids of Pouler & Thompson
and W.L. Finger for building bridge over
Hog Town Creek be rejected

      That a road be opened to commence
at the SE Corner of Walter Bruces place
running thnce along his north line to the
SE Corner of Cupmon place thence West
to line of W.A. Smith, thence South to Section
line, thence West to SW Corner of D.C.
