the Court House for the sum of Three
Thousand Seven hundred and Seventy
Five dollars be accepted and that they
be awarded the Contract for the same
they being the lowest bidder provided
that the said furniture is delivered and
set up for use in said Court House by
the 1st day of December AD 1885
