      That H. Murphy Contractor be paid
Six thousand Two hundred and Ninety Six
dollars and Sixty two Cents in full payment
and settlement of the balance due him
as such contractor for Building the Court
House for Alachua County under his Con-
tract dated September 2nd 1884, said Con-
tract having been made by Murphy & Roberts
with the County Commissioners of Alachua County
Subject however to any leins or encumbrances
hereafter established
