The Board met pursuant to adjournment of yesterday
present W.H. Robertson Prest, J.W. Smith A.Hague
and L.R. Thomas

      That the Board enter into a Contract with the
Champion Iron Fence Co of Kenton Ohio for the
Fence for the Court House yard and that Wm H.
Robertson the President of this Board be required
to Sign the same as such in duplicate

      That The L. Schnibers & Sons Co be paid Two
Thousand Five hundred dollars the same being
for the whole amount assumed to be paid on account
of H. Murphy Contractor                         $2500.00
