Board met pursuant to adjournment: Present

Ordered that the consideration of the claim
present by J.B. Brown for J.W. Anderson's Sons be deferr-
ed to some further meeting and that the board obtain legal
advice thereon.
Ordered, that the assessment of the property
of Edward Jones be reduced one thousand dollars and
that he be released from the tax thus erroneously
assessed.
Ordered that L.G.Dennis and W.F. Rice be
and are hereby appointed as a committee to examine
the Hog town Creek Bridge and report the condition
of same to this Board at its next meeting.
Ordered that the accounts of R.W. Roberts
J.P. be referred to the Clerk and Auditors for examina-
tion and report.
Ordered that the account of J.W. Childs
for advertising to be referred to Clerk for examination
and report.
