       Belton Clerk.
          On motion the minutes of the last meeting
       were read and approved.
       87  Ordered that the account of L.A. 
       Barnes be approved for six hundred and
       ninety Dollars and forty cents ($690.40) for
       services as Sheriff at Fall Term of the Circuit
       Court -
       88  Ordered that the account of W.H. Belton
       be approved for Five hundred and eighty
       two Dollars ($582.00) for services as Clerk at
       Fall Term Circuit Court
       89  Ordered that the account of F.A. Pardee
       for work done on the Bridges be referred to the
       Committee on Bridges for examination.
       90  Ordered that the account of Archur
       D. Mayo County Treasurer be approved for two
       quarters pay for the sum of Two hundred Dollars
       ($200.00) - From June 8th 1874 to Dec. 7th 1874.
       91  Ordered that W.K. Cessna, S.W. Burnett
       and W.H. Belton be allowed thirty Dollars (30.00)
       each for services for fifteen (15) days on Board
       of County Commissioners - 
       92  Ordered that the account of W.H. Belton for
       One hundred Dollars ($100.00 for two months services
       as Auditor from Nov. 16th to Januray 16th 1875
       be approved -
       93  Ordered that W.H. Belton's
       acct for (231.25) be approved for services
       and for balance due on account for re-
       coding Tax Titles for years 1872 & 1873 -
       94  Ordered that W.K. Cessna acct
       for final account with the County 
       for services as Clerk Ct. & Auditor
       be approved for Two hundred and one
       ($201.00) Dollars
