Gainesville Fla  April 6th 1886
Commissioner on the Hawthorn & Waldo Road
be accepted and that Robt J. Camp be appointed
Commissioner on said road in his stead
Ordered               2837
      That a Road be opened and the same is
hereby declared a public Raod as follows
Commencing at the Southern boundary line of the
County where the Wacahoota Road Crosses it thence
Northerly along the Old Wacahoota Road to the
North End of Ramseys lane thence directly to the
J.D. Young place thence along the Arredondo &
Micanopy Road Westerly to the Right of Road
Way bought of Barton thence along said right
of way to Wm Ellis Place thence East along the North
line of the McIntosh Grant to the intersection of
Linden Avenue, thence North by the most prac-
tical route to a point west of the mouth of Bivens
Arm thence East across said Bivens Arm thence
along the margin of said arm Northerly to Crawfords
land tyence North to the land of F. Miller & others
thence North to the North boundary of the Clinch
Grant thence to Peelers place thence through
Peelers place to Gainesville also from the 
point where the above road heads into Peelers
place due east on the south side of the FR
& N RR to the SF & W Ry Depot and that
George H. Tyson O.P. Cannon and Trust
Denby be appointed Commissioners on said road

      That J.A. Carlisle be paid fifteen dollars
balance due on Vault Floor                        $15.00
Ordered               2839
      That the cancelled County Warrants be
destroyed
Ordered               2840
      That the following County Warrants be can-
celled and destroyed and that the Report
of T.B. Ellis Co Treas be received to wit
Ten Thousand Six hundred and Eighty Two dollars
and Eighty five Cents numbered as follows      $10682.85
