      106  Ordered that the assessment of J.J.
      Thompson be reduced to Thirty six hundred
      and fifteen ($3615.00) Dollars -
      107   Ordered that the assessment of James
      T. Thomas be re directed to Sixteen hundred Dollars
      ($1600.00) on account of lands assessed which 
      are under water.
      108  Ordered that the President of the Board
      be and he is hereby authorized, required and instructed
      to impose a fine of Fifty ($50.00) on John J. Thompson
      for comtempt of the Board or Commissioners Court
      while in session today
      109  Ordered that a duplicate County warrant
      for warrent No. 38 issued to Jas T. McMillan for the 
      sum of Sixty & 60/100 Dollars be issued to him after
      due publication of the loss of the orginal -
