     117  Ordered that this Board do hereby
   authorize W.F. Rice Pres. Pro tem to do such
   things as he may deem proper and expedent
   in the matter of Henry Hoffman County Pauper.
   118   Ordered that the Clerk be required
   to furnish a copy of the Petitions of Geo R.
   Fairbanks for reduction of Taxation to the
   Collector of Revenue
   119  Ordered that a copy of the Statement
   of Samuel A Swann be also furnished the
   Collector of Revenue - 
   120  Ordered that the Petition of George R.
   Fairbanks for reduction of Taxation on lands if
   J.M. Sparkman be granted - a copy of said
   petition to be furnished the Collector - 
   121  Ordered that the Petition of Fairbanks
   for Estate of D. Lee be granted -

     Board of County Commissioners met: Present L.G. Den-
     nis W.F. Rice & E.C.F. Sanchez: also I.E. Webster Clerk
     Ordered that L.G. Dennis, President of the Board be consti-
     tuted a committee of one to examine and inquire into
     the financial condition of the County and that the
     Clerk be instructed to furnish him with all books & papers
     necessary for such examination
     On Motion: Board adjourned to the next
     regular meeting
