     On Motion Board adjourned to meet on
tomorrow; Tuesday the 7th September 1875

     Board met pursuant to adjournment; present W.F. 
Rice President pro tem, E.C.F. Sanchez and Henry James;
also W.H. Belton Clerk.
164 Ordered that the account of L.A. Barnes
Sheriff be referred to the Finance Committee.
    Ordered that the account of the Nassau
County Sheriff be referred to the finance Committee.
165 Ordered that the account of W.H. Belton Clerk
made out and referred to the Finance Committee on the 8th day
of July 1875; also the account of the auditor or auditor's
salary for the months of July and August - amounting in
all to two hundred and ten ($210.00) dollars, be paid.
166 Ordered that the account of Messr. Carlisle
& Co for feeding County paupers be referred to the Finance
Committee.
167 Ordered that the account of A.D. Mayo
County Treasurer be referred to the Finance Committee.
168 Ordered that the Board receive sealed pro
posals for bulding a fence and stiles thereto, around the Court
House Square - model of said fence as follows: posts 6x8
with double caps; to be four rails high - rails 4x4 and it is
also ordered that the clerk do advertise the same by written hand-
bills posted at convenient and suitable places and that the Board
do meet on the 21st Inst to enter into contract for the bulding
of said fence pursuant to this order and advertisement
thereof.
     Ordered that the Board adjourn to meet on
Tuesday, September 21st 1875
