170 Ordered that all communications to the Board be put into 
writing.

171 Ordered that all petitions for the reduction of taxes which are
now before the Board in writing be ordered to lie till tomorrow at
12:30 PM

172 Ordered that John R. Bevill, Dick Griffin and William John-
son be appointed Road Commissioners to work roads leading
west from Gainesville.

173 Ordered that Elias Earle, B.J. Earle and A. Gay be appointed
Road Commissioners on road leading from Waldo to Putnam
County line with instructions to work it at once.

174 Ordered that Simon Simms, Jim Whittaker and Geo Brown
be appointed Road Commissioners on Road leading to Newnans
ville with instructions to work it at once.

175 Ordered that a road be opened from Ford on Wacassee Creek near J.P. Abbotts
to the Bivins place on the Suwannee River and that Aaron
Polk, Henry Sapp and A.J. Wilks be appointed Commissioners 
for the same.

176 Ordered that the a/c of J.G. Beville for $6.00 for making
a coffin for County Pauper be allowed.

177 Ordered that W.A. Colclough be appointed Trustee for the 
purpose of distributing the aid allowed by County to paupers.

178 Ordered that twelve dollars per quarter be allowed Henry 
Lumkin, County Pauper, to be paid by W.A. Colclough in
provisions and clothing.

179 Ordered that J.W. Fletcher be allowed twelve dollars per
quarter to be paid by W.A. Colclough, Trustee in provisions
and clothing.

180 Ordered that the a/c of Joe Adams, Constable, for $8.42
& $7.76 be allowed.
