       Ordered that De W.L. Barton Sheriff
be allowed $200.00 on his account and that the
said account be referred to L.G. Dennis and
W.K. Cessna Clerk for examination: and report at
the next meeting of this Board: Voucher No.7
       Ordered that M.O'Hara be allowed
$200.00 as his claim and the said claim be referr-
ed to R.F. Rice for investigation and report at the
next meeting of this board. Voucher No. 8
       Ordered that the account of De W.L.
Barton for contingent expenses of Circuit Court stand
approved for $32.40 on Voucher No. 9.
       Ordered,that the accounts of Simon Barnes
Jailor stand approved for $21.40 on Voucher No. 10
       Ordered,that the Clerk of this Board be
directed to purchase two record books, one for the use of
this Board and one for the use of himself as Auditor
of County, and further  that he be directed and requir-
ed to make a complete transcript of all past proceed-
ings so far as they related to the financial matters of the
Councy, Consolidating Jurors and Witnesses accounts when
convenient.
