    County Commissioners be allowed

193 Ordered that the County Commissioners offer and sell at
    public auction fifty (50) feet more or less of the North
    West corner of the County Jail Lot.

194 Ordered that July McMannus pauper be allowed $12.00
    per quarter to be paid by W.A. Colclough Trustee in provision
    and clothing

195 Ordered by a unanimous vote that $125. be appropriated
    to S.Y. Finley as Fee for aiding in the prosecution of Jas
    Schoales in the case of State of Florida vs James Schoales for
    the murder of Thos H. Branch who was acting Depty Sheriff

    Adjourned to meet at the next regular meeting

196 Ordered that the lands belonging to S. Fairbanks located
    in Township 9 Range 19 - 20 & 21 a part of which are un-
    der water be assessed at a valuation of fifty cents per
    acre: And that the total valuation of lands the proper-
    ty of S. Fairbanks located in Alachua County is hereby fix-
    ed at the sum of $6094.75 for the year 1875.
197      Ordered That J.B. Brown, T.C. Ellis and Eli Ramsey
    be and are hereby appointed Road Commissioners with author-
    ity to open a direct road to Arredondo and to estimate
    cost of building said road with rock
198       Ordered That the accounts of B.C. Drake and
    L.A. Barnes be referred to the Finance Committee.
199       Ordered That the Accounts W.K. Cessna, Jack
    Elliott, J.G. Faulkner, Joe Adams, M.M. Lewey, R.E.
    Shivery and S.J. Kennard be and are hereby referred to
    the parties rendering the same.
200      Ordered that Edward Williams and Edward Perry
    each be allowed four ($4) dollars per month from
    the first of January A.D. 1876 as County Pauper
