258 Ordered That both bids on the court fence
be rejected first one on acct of being
too high second bid on acct of not
being in compliance with the spec
ification, and it is hereby ordered
that the contract is awarded to Henry
James for the sum of $582.00 with the
understanding he is to furnish all materi
al, paint nails hinges 4 gates. The said
fence to be the same stile of that in front
of the Arlington Hotel provided that
said Henry James give bond for the
amount specified in the contract.
