    Board met, present James Chesnut, Chairman Pres
                                                  per Cecil DC
    L.A. Barnes, J.D. Matheson, W.W. Scott & I.E. Webster^Clerk and Auditor.
259 Ordered, that Judge King be employed as legal adviser 
            for the Board Co Commissioners for the year 1877.
260 Ordered, that the bond of Dr Thomas bond for tax collector 
            be returned without approval.
             Board adjourned until 4 O'clock PM.

             Board met at 4 O'clock PM as per
             adjournment, present Chesnut, Pres
             Barnes, Matheson, Scott and I.E. Webster Clerk
             and Auditor. & Cecil DC
261 Ordered, that the bond of Dr G. Thomas as tax collector
             be signed and approved by the Co. Commissioners.
             Board adjourned until Monday Feby
             5th 1877.
