267 Ordered, That a Court House fence to cover 10 feet
more ground on the four sides than the
present fence to be 8 feet panels 5 feet
high 2x2 inches pickets where dressed
1x3 inch belt board top and bottom
10x1 1/2 inch base board 4 gates one at
the center of each side to enter Court
house square and self closing, post 8x8 fat
lightwood 3 feet in ground railing 3x4
inches all to be dressed and belt
board beaded all of best yellow pine
and the whole painted with two coats of
dark brown paint (oil & lead) the head
of pickets bevelled all to be done in a
workmanlike manner. Each bid to
specify what amount to be allowed for
old fence and the whole to be paid
for in County scrip, proposals for building
the Court House fence open for next ten
days the work will be inspected by
the following committee on Court House
fence. W.W. Scott, J.D. Matheson and
L.A. Barnes
268 Ordered, That the County Commissioners make
the 1st Tuesday of every month their
regular meeting day instead of the
first Monday in each month.

269 Ordered, That the order of supplying paupers
of December 14th 1875 is hereby recinded
and W.A. Colclough be notified of the
fact.
