280 Ordered, That the acct of Matheson & Co be allowed
             for two dollars and forty cents for locks & screws.  $2.40

281 Ordered, That the acct of R.W. Roberts be referred 
             to the Treasurer of the U.S.

282 Ordered, That the acct of J.G. Faulkner be allowed
             for nine and 10/100 dollars for services as Justice 
             of the Peace.                                        $9.10

    On motion of W.W. Scott the board adjourned until
      11 o'clock p.m.
    Board met as per adjournment, Present Chesnut
    Scott, Barnes, McIntire & F.J. Cecil DC & auditor

283 Ordered, That the Bond of Samuel C. Tucker be
             approved and signed.

284 Ordered, That the acct of Jo Brown be allowed
             for four dollars & ten cents as Deputy Sheriff.     $4.10

285 Ordered, That a Precinct for the holding of 
             elections be established at Parkers
             Store and known as Parker Store 
             precinct.
286 Ordered, That precincts be established at Arredondo,
             Capt Dudleys, and John Summers and 
             the precinct at Barnes Store be removed.

287 Ordered, That the petition from Bull Pen Branch
be granted but the precinct be stationed 
at Parkers Store and known as Parkers Store
precinct.

288 Ordered, That the acct of C.F. Malvby** & Co be
             allowed for fifty dollars for printing
             registration lists.             $50.00

289 Ordered, That the acct of F.S. Cecil be allowed 
             for three & 75/100 dollars for mailing road 
             commissions & stationery.        $3.75
