          Ordered that the account of Horace Campbell
for services as constable for $5.68 be allowed Voucher No 12
          Ordered that the account of Essex James for
$11.00 as Bailiff be allowed. Voucher No 14
          Ordered that Mr. Henry James be authorized
to build new steps at each entrance of the Court house
and present bill of Expenses at next meeting not to exceed
thirty dollars - $30.00.
          Ordered that Messrs Rice and Dennis be
appointed a committee to report some plan and make
arrangements for building a jail and repairing court house.
           Board adjourned until tomorrow 10 O'clock.
