310 Ordered that Thos F. Kings petition be granted
          and that the assessment on his property 
          in Micanopy be reduced to ($1000) one
          thousand dollars.
311 Ordered that the bid of D.A. Fewell for repairs on
          the Court House for two hundred dollars 
          be accepted and the work to be finished as
          per the agreement in the Clerk's office.
312 Ordered that the Board employ E.A. Jeffords to make
          examination of scrip received for reappro
          val that he make a report of the same
          at as an early date as possible.
313 Ordered that the petition of Daniel Sparkman for
          aid as County pauper be not approved
          the Board does not consider him a pauper
          but able to support himself.
314 Ordered that the petition of Hugh Gibson for aid
          as County pauper be approved for one
          month and that he be allowed four dollars and 
          refers to Bushes Digest Dec 2nd Page 128 wherein
          children are required to support their parents.
315 Ordered that July McMannus be allowed three dollars
          and fifty cents per month until further orders
          from this date as County pauper.                $3.00
316 Ordered that W.W. Scott, J.D. Matheson, Henry McIntire,
          and L.A. Barnes be a committee to receive bids
          for the building of the Court House fence and
          that they be empowered to have the same
          built at once.
317 Ordered that the account of W.W. Scott for chairs
          for the Judge of Probates office for eleven
          dollars and twenty five cents.                 $11.25
