    Board met persuant to adjournment of yesterday
    present James Chesnut President, WW Scott, J.D. Matheson
    and Henry McIntire, and L.A. Barnes.
319 Ordered that the petition of RWD Bryan for the
            reduction of assessment be not granted
320 Ordered that the petition of the Aldermen of the Town of
            Gainesville be granted in so far that the City
            Council pay five dollars per month for use
            of the Grand Jury Room and conform to the 
            conditions of the petition
321 Ordered that the petition of Thos W. Downing be granted
            in so far that he be relieved of taxation on four
            hundred and eighty five acres of land the number
            of acres more than he possesses over assessed
322 Ordered that the assessments of Rev W.J. McCormick be
            reduced to one thousand dollars
323 Ordered that the petition of Jas Doig for reduction of taxes
            be not granted that the assessment seems very reasonable
