325 Ordered that the petition of T.A. Johnson be not granted
for the reduction of taxes refers to assessors book whereas
the assesment is four hundred dollars.
326 Ordered that the petition of S.B. Thompson be not granted
for the reduction of assessment.
327 Ordered that the petition of W.S. May for the reduction
of assessment be granted in so far as that the
assessment be reduced to six ($6.00) dollars
per acre.
328 Ordered that the account of Jno W. Raymond

the body of Richard Hall for the sum of seven
dollars and eighty cents. $7.80
334 Ordered that the account of J.F. Noland as coroner over
the body of Henry Williams be allowed for
the sum of seven 85/100 dollars. $7.85
335 Ordered that the Clerk be required to copy and record
the deed of James B. Bailey to the town of
Gainesville.
336 Ordered that the account of E.M. Hampton & Co
for eleven dollars be allowed and paid the
same being for advertising by order of the Board.
