Board met pursuant to adjournment. Present, James
Chesnut President, W.W. Scott, J.D. Matheson, Henry McIntire,
and L.A. Barnes.  Minutes of the two previous meetings read
and approved.
338 Ordered that A.D. Mayo former Treasurer of the County turn
            over the moneys official records and whatever
            property of the County are in his hands to J.H. Thomkies
            County Treasurer.
339 Ordered that the a/c for forty four dollars of Paul Brown be
            allowed and paid same including mileage.       $44.00
340 Ordered that the petition of Mrs M. McKinstry for the valu-
            ation of assessment from nine thousand dollars to five
            thousand dollars be granted.
341 Ordered that the petition of Henry Washington for the reduction
            of his assessment from 310 to three hundred dollars
            to seventy five dollars be granted.
342 Ordered that the petition of G.P. Webb praying for the 
            relief of assessment on fifty head of hogs be
            granted.
343 Ordered that the account of S.J. Kennard in the case 
            of the state vs George Brown for eight 70/100 dollars
            be allowed and paid                            $8.70
344 Ordered that the account of S.J. Kennard in the case of the
            state vs Collin Massey for four 15/100 dollars
            be allowed and paid                            $4.15
345 Ordered that the a/c of S.C. Tucker for service in summoning
            Grand and Petit jurors for twenty dollars be allowed.
346 Ordered that the account of S.C. Tucker Sheriff for five days
            horse hire at one dollar per day be allowed for
            five dollars.                                   5.00
347 Ordered that the account of L.A. Barnes sheriff for
            four hundred and sixty four 35/100 be allowed 
            for four hundred and sixty dollars           $460.00
348 Ordered that the accounts of J.F. Noland for coroner
            over the bodies of Richard Hall for service 20/100
            dollars and for the same over the body of 
            Henry Williams for six 10/100 dollars these
            two amounting to thirteen 30/100 dollars be allowed $13.30
349 Ordered that the account of J.J. Thompson be
            allowed for seven 92/100 dollars as            $7.92
350 Ordered that J.B. Blake Hamp Roundtree and
            Jas Sanders be appointed to Road com-
            missioners on Palatka *** road.
