or their Equivalent;
  Also a Road from LaCrosse through Monteocha, thence
to the intersection of Road from Gainesville to Fairbanks, to
conform as near as practicable to the main public Road as
now existing, the same to be built of sand, clay, oil, or
their Equivalent;
  Be it Further Resolved that W.B. Taylor, - F.J. Hammond,
and J.E. Haynesworth be selected by said Board as Bond
Trustees for said District, and that no part of the money
arising from the sale of said Bonds shall be paid to any
member of this Board or of said Bond Trustees
  Be it further Resolved - That the supervision, care and control
and maintenance of said roads shall be vested in said
Bond Trustees.
  Be it further Resolved - That the polling places for said election
shall be the regular polling places in the several precinct
Election districts within said territory.  But in the event
any qualified elector shall have his polling place in some
Election precinct outside of said proposed territory then
such Elector may vote at the polling place within said
district nearest his place of residence.
  Be it further resolved - That notice of said Election
shall be published in the manner and as directed by the
law, and that the Chairman of this Board be directed to
prepare said notice and advertise the same.

in Special meeting for the purpose of calling an Election on
the question of bonding the County for good roads in
accordance with the petitions presented this day to this Board
